Limited Lifetime Warranty and Service

MAGDOG prides itself in engineering superior quality pet products. However, sometimes adventures with your dogs take on a life of their own and stuff happens. If there’s an issue with your MAGDOG product, we provide the below Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Register your product(s):

IMPORTANT:  To activate your product’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must register your products. Products not registered will not be considered for warranty claims.

Things to know before making a claim:

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

-You must register your products. Products not registered will not be considered for warranty claims.

-You must have purchased the product from a MAGDOG authorized dealer;

-You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the MAGDOG authorized dealer;

-You must return the product to MAGDOG; and

-You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If, during your product’s lifetime, it does not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. Whenever possible, we will issue warranty replacements from our stock of gently used, and occasionally new, items in the same or better condition. All warranty replacements are certified to be clean and fully-functioning, and come with the same limited lifetime warranty as your original purchase.

This limited warranty applies to the US and Canada only. If you are outside of the US and Canada and have an issue with a MAGDOG product, please contact us at hello@magdog.com

Things not covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty:

The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

Make a Warranty Claim:

First, make sure you have registered your product by filling out the product registration form here. Then, fill out the Warranty Claim Form and send it along with photos of the product issue to hello@magdog.com. We will then review your claim within 1-2 business days after your claim has been submitted and make sure that it qualifies under our warranty guidelines. If the claim is approved, you will be sent a replacement item at no cost to you. This is for USA and Canada only. For claims made outside of the USA and Canada, please contact us at hello@magdog.com

What is covered by the MAGDOG Warranty?

The MAGDOG Warranty covers manufacturer's defects from poor craftsmanship or defective hardware.

What is not covered by the MAGDOG Warranty?

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Additionally, any product used in a manner outside of the intended purpose of any MAGDOG product will not be covered by the limited lifetime warranty. If your product is damaged during normal wear and tear and does not fall under the MAGDOG Warranty, we do have a service and replacement option for a fee.
